1999 Broadway

This video is used by CBRE, Hines and Franklin Street Properties to showcase their beautiful building in video form. Their challenge was maximizing potential renters time on location for a property walk through. 1999 Broadway takes about 20 minutes to tour if you move very fast and most people only have 5 minutes to spend on-site. This video helps them choose where to spend those precious five minutes before even setting foot on the property. It is also in the lobby kiosk for additional access.
